Documents incorporated by reference in Orders in Council for registered bank disclosure statements
The Orders in Council for registered bank disclosure statements are published pursuant to section 81 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989. They consist of the following Orders ("the Orders") made on 20 June 2011 and come into force on 30 June 2011. The Orders are published in two sets as the last four Orders expire later this year.

- Registered Bank Disclosure Statement (Off-Quarter—New Zealand Incorporated Registered Banks) Order 2011
- Registered Bank Disclosure Statement (Full and Half-Year—Overseas Incorporated Registered Banks) Order 2011
- Registered Bank Disclosure Statement (Off-Quarter—Overseas Incorporated Registered Banks) Order 2011

Copies may also be inspected free of charge at the Reserve Bank, No. 2 The Terrace, Wellington, during normal office hours. The Reserve Bank will accommodate reasonable requests for copies of the documents.
