Road Legalisation—Waikerikeri Road, Springvale, Central Otago
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and to be vested in the Central Otago District Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 424721 subject to all existing encumbrances;
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 424720 subject to all existing encumbrances on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977
Declaring Land as Reserve and Change of Purpose of Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council resolved on 21 February 2011 that, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977:
(a) Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council declares the land described in the First Schedule shall be held for local purpose (recreation) reserve;
(b) Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council changes the purpose of reserve for the land described in the Second Schedule from local purpose (water power development) reserve to be held for local purpose (recreation) reserve;
(c) Pursuant to section 52 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council declares the land described in the First and Second Schedules to be combined and named McLaren Falls Park
all subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
