Notice Stating Where Copies of the Statements of Proposal to Amend Compliance Documents B1, D1, E1, E3, F6, G1, G2, G4, G5, G10 and G12–G14 are Available, and Where Materials Proposed to be Incorporated by Reference Into These Compliance Documents are Available for Inspection and Purchase

Pursuant to sections 406 and 409 of the Building Act 2004 (“the Act”), I give notice that the following Compliance Documents for the New Zealand Building Code are proposed to be amended by changes to material incorporated by reference:

D1 – Access Routes
E1 – Surface Water
E3 – Internal Moisture
F6 – Visibility
G1 – Personal Hygiene
G2 – Laundering
G4 – Ventilation
G5 – Interior Environment
G10 – Piped Services
G12 – Water Supplies

G14 – Industrial Liquid Waste

The statements of proposal for the changes to the material incorporated by reference in these compliance documents can be downloaded free of charge from the Department of Building and Housing (“the Department”) website www.dbh.govt.nz

The statements of proposal are also available from the national office of the Department at Level 6, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
