(h) Metal Man Recyclers Limited holds and continues to hold:
(i) towing contracts with the nominated Councils; and
(ii) a Vehicle Recovery Licence; and
(i) The terms and conditions, if any, imposed by the NZ Transport Agency for access to Motor Vehicle Register information.
