Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007,
and in the matter of mortgage 6890112.2 (North Auckland Land Registry), Identifier NA121C/303 ("the mortgage"):

TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 3 June 2011.

The description of the mortgaged land is 156A Mt Smart Road, Onehunga, Auckland, being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title NA121C/303.
