Waikato-Tainui Raupatu Claims (Waikato River) Settlement Act 2010

Notice of Treaty of Waitangi Settlement Discontinued Crown Protected Area Names for Waikato-Tainui

Pursuant to section 66 of the Waikato-Tainui Raupatu Claims (Waikato River) Settlement Act 2010 (“the Settlement Act 2010”), the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa (“the Board”) hereby gives notice that the officially named Crown Protected Areas (CPA), now vested in the Waikato Raupatu River Trust and classified as a local purpose reserve, are no longer CPAs and are hereby discontinued.
