Declaration That Land is Historic Reserve and Naming Reserve—Williams House and Gardens Historic Reserve

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Far North District Council notifies the resolution passed on 28 April 2011:

“That under section 14 of the Act the Far North District Council resolved to declare that piece of land, held in fee simple by the Council and described in the Schedule, be declared to be historic reserve, and that the reserve be known as Williams House and Gardens Historic Reserve.”

Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land—Raglan Street–Winthrop Way, Manukau

Pursuant to section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation the Manager, Parks, Sports and Recreation, for the Auckland Council authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as scenic reserves for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the said Act.
