Road Realignment—Wiremu Road, South Taranaki District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the South Taranaki District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TND3/324 subject to Mortgages 5592435.4 and 6516070.1.

Road Realignment—Smoothy Road, Far North
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Far North District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining the land described in the Second and Third Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):
(i) the area described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA95C/764, subject to Mortgages 320097.13, 489232.1 and C658344.2; and
(ii) the area described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA80D/41, subject to Mortgage D575725.3.
