Clean Zone
The area shown in Map 21, that is:
(a) the area bordered by and including:
(i) State Highway 1 (Tay Street) between the intersection with Doon Street and Ness Street and Mary Street;
(ii) Mary Street from Tay Street to Islington Street;
(iii) A straight line continuing along the eastern edge of Mary Street from the southern end of that street to the northern edge of the Main South Railway Line;
(iv) The northern edge of the Main South Railway Line from the southern terminating point of the line described in paragraph (iii) to a point directly north of the intersection of Tweed Street and Nelson Street;
(v) A straight line from the eastern terminating point of the line described in paragraph (iv) to the intersection of Tweed Street and Nelson Street;
(vi) Tweed Street from Nelson Street to Ness Street; and
(vii) Ness Street from Tweed Street to Tay Street; and
(b) State Highway 1 (Tay Street) between the intersection with Jed Street and Ythan Street and the intersection with Doon Street and Ness Street; and
(c) Ness Street and Elles Road between their intersections with Tweed Street and their intersection with Ettrick Street.
Clean Transport Route
The land comprising the routes shown in Map 24, namely:
(a) State Highway 1 (Tay Street) from the intersection with Racecourse Road and Rockdale Road to the intersection with State Highway 6 (Dee Street) and Clyde Street; and
(b) State Highway 6 (Dee Street) from Tay Street to the intersection with Bay Road.
Clean Periods
The Rugby Park Stadium clean zone and clean transport routes will apply during the following clean periods:
(a) From 8.00am on Friday 9 September 2011 to 11.59pm on Saturday 10 September 2011;
(b) From 8.00am on Tuesday 13 September 2011 to 11.59pm on Wednesday 14 September 2011; and
(c) From 8.00am on Friday 16 September 2011 to 11.59pm on Saturday 17 September 2011.
