The area shown in the Map 13, including:
(a) the area bordered by, and including:
(i) Wallace Place from Cutfield Road to Frankley Road;
(ii) Frankley Road from Wallace Place to Clawton Street;
(iii) Clawton Street from Frankley Street to Sanders Avenue;
(iv) Sanders Avenue from Clawton Street to Tukapa Street;
(v) Tukapa Street from Sanders Avenue to Cutfield Road; and
(vi) Cutfield Road from Tukapa Street to Wallace Place.
(b) Cutfield Road from Wallace Place to Devon Street West; and
(c) Morley Street from Wallace Place to Devon Street West.
Clean transport routes
The land comprising the routes shown in Map 14, namely:
(a) State Highway 45 from the intersection with Seaview Road and Lawry Street to State Highway 3 at the intersections of Leach Street and Courtenay Street with Eliot Street; and
(b) State Highway 3 from the intersections of Coronation Avenue and Junction Road to the intersection with Smart Road.
Clean periods
The Stadium Taranaki clean zone and clean transport routes will apply during the following clean periods:
(a) From 8.00am on Saturday 10 September 2011 until 11.59pm on Sunday 11 September 2011;
(b) From 8.00am on Wednesday 14 September 2011 until 11.59pm on Thursday 15 September 2011; and
(c) From 8.00am on Sunday 25 September 2011 until 11.59pm on Monday 26 September 2011.
