Clean zone
The area shown in the Map 9, including:
(a) the area bordered by, and including:
(i) the sports ground in Westbrook Reserve that is adjacent to the North Western boundary of Ray Boord Park, being Lot 3 in DP 402328 South Auckland Land District (excluding the narrow section of Lot 3 extending between Lots 1 and 2 to Thebes Street);
(ii) Ray Boord Park;
(iii) Devon Street from the north-eastern corner of Ray Boord Park to the south-easternmost point of Rotorua International Stadium; and
(iv) Rotorua International Stadium
(b) Devon Street from Rotorua International Stadium to Pukehangi Road; and
(c) Pukehangi Road from Devon Street to the north-west boundary of the property at number 454 Pukehangi Road, Lot 26 in DPS 18002 South Auckland Land District.
Clean transport routes
The land comprising the routes shown in Map 10, namely:
(a) State Highway 5 from the intersection with Clayton Road and Lake Road to the intersection with State Highway 30;
(b) State Highway 30 from the intersection with State Highway 5 to the intersection with Marino Road and Tarawera Road; and
(c) State Highway 30A from the intersection with Marguerita Street to the intersection with State Highway 30.
Clean periods
The Rotorua International Stadium clean zone and clean transport routes will apply during the following clean periods:
(a) From 8.00am on Friday 9 September 2011 until 11.59pm on Saturday 10 September 2011;
(b) From 8.00am on Tuesday 13 September 2011 until 11.59pm on Wednesday 14 September 2011; and
(c) From 8.00am on Saturday 24 September 2011 until 11.59pm on Sunday 25 September 2011.
