Road Realignment—State Highway 1 Hawkswood, North Canterbury, Hurunui District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 1 and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB46B/1138, subject to Mortgage A443198.7, part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991;

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken, pursuant to section 119, and vested in Admiral Farms Limited and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 301264, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
