(d) Any identified instances of unauthorised access are immediately notified to the Secretary for Transport and the Privacy Commissioner;
(e) Before being permitted to access the Motor Vehicle Register under section 241 of the Act, all new staff must receive training that emphasises that such access must only be for the specified purpose, and refresher training of all staff also must be undertaken at appropriate intervals;
(f) Access must be restricted solely to members of staff for whom authorised access is essential to achieving the specified purpose;
(g) The names and addresses obtained under this authorisation shall not be disclosed to any third party unless such disclosure is necessarily incidental to achieving the specified purpose; and
(h) Drivesure New Zealand Limited must comply with the Motochek Terms and Conditions, available at http://motochek.landtransport.govt.nz/mepro/default.asp?category=mepro&service=Terms

Authorised Access to Certain Names and Addresses Held on the Motor Vehicle Register
Pursuant to section 241 of the Land Transport Act 1998 ("the Act"), I authorise the following person, for the purpose and the term, and on the conditions stated below, to have access to the names and addresses of persons:
- who are currently registered in respect of a motor vehicle(s); and
- who have not instructed the Registrar of Motor Vehicles to withhold their details.

| 1 May 2011 to 30 April 2016 inclusive | ||
| - For the authorised business user, Technology Solutions for Industry Group (Technology Solutions for Industry Limited, SAM Computer Systems Limited, Systime Automotive Solutions Limited, collectively “TSI”), information may be provided for TSI to provide to its clients who are authorised under section 241 of the Act for the purposes for which those clients are allowed access. |
Conditions
(a) Subject to condition (b), the names and addresses are provided only to authorised business users of Carjam on their own behalf and solely for their own use;
(b) Names and addresses provided to TSI are provided to its clients on their own behalf and solely for their own use and these conditions apply to TSI’s clients as if they were authorised business users of Carjam in their own right;
(c) The names and addresses are accessed only for a specified purpose;
(d) The fees charged for the provision of names and addresses from the Motor Vehicle Register are duly paid;
(e) Carjam must include and enforce a condition within the Carjam Terms and Conditions that authorised business users only access names and addresses from the Motor Vehicle Register for a specified purpose, and must inform authorised business users of this condition;
(f) Any identified instances of unauthorised access are immediately notified to the Secretary for Transport and the Privacy Commissioner;
(g) Before being permitted to access the Motor Vehicle Register under section 241 of the Act, all Carjam staff must receive training that emphasises that such access must only be for a specified purpose, and refresher training of all staff also must be undertaken at appropriate intervals;
(h) Access by Carjam staff must be restricted solely to those members of staff for whom authorised access is essential;
(i) The names and addresses obtained under this authorisation by authorised business users shall not be disclosed to any third party unless such disclosure is necessarily incidental to achieving a specified purpose;
(j) Carjam must provide an annual report to the Secretary for Transport on Carjam’s compliance with the conditions set out in this notice by 1 May each year beginning with 1 May 2012 (this requirement may be incorporated into the company’s usual audit practices); and
(k) The terms and conditions, if any, imposed by the NZ Transport Agency on persons accessing Motor Vehicle Register information.
