Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property
To: Rangi Pai Tom Brown and Lauraine Ione Fenella Te Wake.
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of the deed dated the 22nd day of June 1992 between the Housing Corporation of New Zealand (since assigned to The Home Mortgage Company Limited (“the mortgagee”)), Rangi Pai Tom Brown and Lauraine Ione Fenella Te Wake (“as mortgagor”), and the trustees of Te Tii Mangonui Maori Kaporeihana (“the mortgage”):
The Home Mortgage Company Limited (“the mortgagee”) gives notice as follows:

On 20 April 2011, the mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged property by order of the District Court at Kaikohe.

The description of the mortgaged property is the house located on the land at Te Tii Road, Kerikeri, known as Lot 16A on Te Maangonui A1B Block.

The address for the mortgagee for communication relating to this is care of Simpson Grierson, Level 27, 88 Shortland Street (Private Bag 92518), Auckland.
