(f) Before being permitted to access the Motor Vehicle Register under section 241 of the Act, all Information Logistics Company Limited staff must receive training that emphasises that such access must only be for the specified purpose, and refresher training of all staff also must be undertaken at appropriate intervals;

(g) Access by Information Logistics Company Limited staff must be restricted solely to members of staff for whom authorised access is essential;

(h) The names and addresses obtained by clients under this authorisation shall not be disclosed to any third party unless such disclosure is necessarily incidental to achieving the specified purpose;

(i) Information Logistics Company Limited must provide an annual report to the Secretary for Transport on Information Logistics Company Limited’s compliance with the conditions set out in this notice by 1 May each year beginning with 1 May 2012 (this requirement may be incorporated into the company’s usual audit practices); and

(j) The terms and conditions, if any, imposed by the New Zealand Transport Agency for access to Motor Vehicle Register information.

Pursuant to section 14(5) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.

Notice

1. (1) This notice is the Department of Conservation Otago Conservancy (Dunedin City) Fire Safety Margin Removal Notice 2011.

   (2) This notice will come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. All that land forming the fire safety margin attached to State Areas set out in the First and Second Schedules to this notice is hereby excluded from the fire safety margin.

3. All that land forming the fire safety margin on any lands of the Crown within the meaning of section 176(1)(a) of the Land Act 1948, and situated in the Dunedin City Council, as defined in a Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 13 June 1989, No. 99, at page 2421, is hereby excluded from the fire safety margin.
