Appointment—Pursuant to section 73(1) of the Act,
I am pleased to appoint the Forestry Emission Unit Trust
(“the Trust”), which consists of the trustees, to apply for an
allocation of New Zealand units in respect of land specified
in section 72(2)(b)(i)(A) of the Act, and to hold these units
on trust for the future owners of the land.

I have appointed

Alan Parekura Torohina Haronga
Paul Te Poa Karoro Morgan
Cletus Maanu Paul
Guy Richard Kiniwe Royal
Alexander John Wilson

as the trustees of the Trust.

The terms and conditions on which the Trust is to hold the
units are set out in the Trust Deed, which will be published
as a Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 26 April 2011,
No. 56, page 1295.

I also withdraw the appointment of the Secretary for the
Environment (published in the New Zealand Gazette,
27 July 2010, No. 91, page 2403), who has been carrying
out this role on an interim basis under section 73(2) of the Act.

Cancellation of Designation of Auditing Agency

Pursuant to section 37 of the Health and Disability Services
(Safety) Act 2001 (“the Act”), I, Mark Jacobs, Acting
Chief Medical Officer, Clinical Leadership, Protection and
Regulation, Ministry of Health, under delegation from the
