Interim and final reporting dates

And, using all due diligence, you are required to report to His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand in writing under your hands as follows:

(a) not later than 11 October 2011, an interim report, with interim recommendations that inform early decision-making on rebuilding and repair work that forms part of the recovery from the Canterbury earthquakes; and

(b) not later than 11 April 2012, a final report;

And, lastly, it is declared that these presents are issued under the authority of the Letters Patent of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second constituting the office of Governor-General of New Zealand, dated 28 October 1983*, and under the authority of and subject to the provisions of the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1908, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of New Zealand.

In witness whereof We have caused this Our Commission to be issued and the Seal of New Zealand to be hereunto affixed at Wellington this 11th day of April 2011.

Local Government Commission (Boundaries Amendment) Notice 2011

Pursuant to sections 33(6) and 34(8) of the Local Government (Auckland Council) Act 2009, the Local Government Commission gives notice that the following maps have been amended in the manner indicated below:

Maps LGC-Wk-D1 and LGC-Hk-D1	By removing part of Lot 1 DP 327012 from Hauraki District and the Plains Ward of Hauraki District and including it in Waikato District and the Whangamarino Ward of Waikato District.
Maps LGC-Ak-R1, LGC-Ak-R2, LGC-Ak-W13, LGC-Ak-LB21 and LGC-Wk-D1	By removing Allotment 238 Parish of Mangatawhiri Certificate of Title 104/144 from Auckland, the Franklin Ward, the Franklin Local Board Area and the Wairoa Subdivision and including it in the Waikato Region, the North Waikato Constituency, Waikato District and the Whangamarino Ward of Waikato District.

to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand, and to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Courts under Part 2A of the District Courts Act 1947, on and from 13 April 2011.
