Redefining the Persons or Class of Persons for Whose Use and Benefit the Māori Reservation is Made
Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court that the Paikea-Whitireia Māori Reservation be set apart by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 July 1972, No. 61, page 1591, and described in the Schedule hereto and the purpose of the reservation is redefined to be for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngāti Konohi Hapū of the Te Aitanga-a-Hauiti and Ngāti Porou tribes.
