Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Cancellation of Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 11C of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, I hereby give notice that the Minister of Education, on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, and the Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Dunedin have mutually agreed to cancel the integration agreement for
St Patrick’s School, Dunedin (3833).
This agreement was signed on 1 March 1983, by the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen and the proprietor.
This cancellation will take effect from 15 April 2011.
