Maree Zinzley, Manager (Approvals Operations) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MAF) acting under delegated authority from the Director-General of MAF, gives notice, under section 14(1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (“the Act”), that the following application has been made to vary the registration of a trade name product under section 9(2) of the Act:

Benazepril hydrochloride 20mg
Formulation Type: Tablet
Additional Use Claim: For the treatment of chronic kidney disease in dogs.
Any person may make a written submission to the director-general concerning this application.
Under sections 16 and 17 of the Act, a written submission:
(a) must state in full the reasons for making the submission; and
(b) may state any decision sought on that application; and
(c) must be received by the director-general no later than 30 working days after the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Notice of Amendment to Compliance Document B2 and to Materials Incorporated by Reference Into Compliance Document B2, and Where They are Available for Inspection and Purchase
Pursuant to sections 24(1), 406(a), 406(c)(ii) and 410(1)(e) of the Building Act 2004 (“the Act”), I give notice of an amendment to Compliance Document B2, and of changes to materials incorporated by reference into Compliance Document B2 for the New Zealand Building Code.
Amendment to Compliance Document B2
The seventh amendment to Acceptable Solution B2/AS1 in Compliance Document B2 comes into force on 4 April 2011, and is available for download free of charge on the Department of Building and Housing’s (DBH) website at www.dbh.govt.nz.
The sixth amendment to Acceptable Solution B2/AS1 in Compliance Document B2 is replaced as of 1 July 2011.
New materials proposed to be incorporated by reference
Pursuant to section 410(1)(e) of the Act, I give notice that NZS 3640:2003 is incorporated by reference into Compliance Document B2 as of 4 April 2011.
Amendment to material incorporated by reference
Pursuant to sections 406(c)(ii) of the Act, I give notice that NZS 3602.1:1995, previously incorporated by reference into Compliance Document B2, is deleted from the document and will cease to have legal effect as of 1 July 2011.

The materials incorporated by reference described above may be purchased directly from Standards New Zealand, Radio New Zealand House, Level 10, 155 The Terrace, Wellington, or online at www.standards.co.nz
Materials incorporated by reference are available for inspection free of charge, and copies are also available for purchase through, the DBH’s national office, Level 6, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday and through all DBH offices.
The material incorporated by reference relates to matters referred to in section 410(1)(c) of the Act.
It is available for inspection free of charge at all DBH offices during working hours.
