Declaration That Land is Reserve—Catherine Crescent, Whitianga, Thames–Coromandel District
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Thames-Coromandel District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by council on the 26th day of September 2007:
“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Thames-Coromandel District Council hereby resolves that the parcel of land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act”.
