Road Realignment—State Highway 2, Ngawapurua, Tararua District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 2 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), further declares:

(i) Sections 19, 20, 23 and 26 shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 194152, subject to mortgage 8024152.5, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987; and

(ii) Sections 27 and 30 shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBE1/331, subject to mortgage 8024152.5, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117(3)(a) and 120(3), declares:

(i) Sections 18, 21 and 22, being part of the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice, to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 194152, subject to mortgage 8024152.5, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987; and

(ii) Section 28, being part of the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice, to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBE1/331, subject to mortgage 8024152.5, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Grey District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1) and 117(3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be amalgamated with Computer Freehold Register 136085.

Road Stopped and Vested—Riverside Drive, Whangarei District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and remain vested in the Whangarei District Council but as local purpose (esplanade) reserve pursuant to section 118.
