Land Acquired for Road—387 Rocky Cutting Road, Waitao, Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaration of Renaming a Reserve

Under section 16(10) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by resolution dated the 23rd day of February 2011, the South Wairarapa District Council declares that the local purpose reserve at Martinborough and described in the Schedule below shall hereafter be known as “Helen Anne Cook Reserve”.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land—Barrett Domain Recreation Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Tongariro-Whanganui-Taranaki Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of that part of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.
