4 Upland Game Properties with Special Conditions
4.1 Whanawhana Trust Property: Lots 2 and 3 DP 24970, namely that area north and south of Whanawhana Road, Whanawhana, bordered by the Ngaruroro River in the South and the Otamauri stream in the North. The "Whanawhana" property is owned by the Whanawhana Trust.
4.2 Glencoe Station: Located in Central Hawke’s Bay 8 kilometres south of Maraekakaho on State Highway 50. The property is 1200 hectares bounded by farms off Whakapirau Road to the west, Ruakawa Road to the south, Glencoe Station Road to the east and State Highway 50 to the north, and private farm land on each side. These farms are owned by Mark Taylor, Graham De Gruchy, John Mulcaster, Nick Buckholt, John McPhee and Edwards brothers. The "Glencoe" property is owned by Colin Lindsay.
4.3 Tuna Nui Station: Bounded by Flag Range Road to the east, the Waikonini Creek and Rauwhenua Forest in the west and north respectively and the Napier-Taihape Road to the south. The "Tuna Nui" property is owned by the Andrew Russell Trust.
4.4 Ngamatea Station: Being the property north of the Napier-Taihape Road and bounded by the Taraurau River to the east, the Rangitikei River to the west and the Waingakai Stream to the north. The "Ngamatea" property is owned by the Apatu-Ngamatea Trust.
4.5 Waterford Partnership: 1123 Ugly Hill Road, Wanstead, Central Hawke’s Bay. Block XIII Motuotaria Survey District, Lot 6 DP 7692. Waterford Partnership is owned by Mick Nesbitt.
4.6 Hau Ora Farm: Lots 1–3 DP351714 and Lot 2 DP 336932; Bounded by Rochfort and Kahuranaki Roads. Hau Ora Farm is owned by Michael Whittaker.
4.7 Thurlsholm Farm: Lot 1 DP 27353 Block V1 V11 X Matapiro Survey District, bounded by Crownthorpe Settlement Road and A. Burnside on the north side, Magill Estate on the west, Kikowhero creek to the south and B. Gibson to the east. Owned by the Strathallan Trust.
4.8 Wickham Property: Property 4569 State Highway 50, Maraekakaho Certificate of Title Lot 2 – DP 309196. The property is 184 hectares and borders Glencoe Station to the south-east and north-west of State Highway 50. It is owned by Shane Wickham under a company name of Rushley.
