Notice of Vacancy in Seat in House of Representatives

Pursuant to section 129(1) of the Electoral Act 1993,
I, Alexander Lockwood Smith, Speaker of the House
of Representatives, give notice that Pansy Wong has
resigned her seat in the House of Representatives for
the Botany Electoral District effective 12.00 midnight on
Sunday 16 January 2011, and that the seat is vacant by
reason of that resignation.
