(b) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3), the stopped road comprised in the Second Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 286761, subject to Mortgage 239079.1.

(c) Pursuant to section 118, the stopped road comprised in the Third Schedule to this notice to become esplanade reserve, pursuant to section 345(3) of the Local Government Act 1974, and vests in the Tasman District Council.
