Privacy Act Code of Practice Notice
Pursuant to section 49 of the Privacy Act 1993, I give notice as follows:

The Christchurch Earthquake (Information Sharing) Code 2011 (Temporary):
(a) was issued on 24 February 2011; and
(b) came into force at 5.00pm that day.

Copies of the code may be inspected or obtained free of charge from the offices of the Privacy Commissioner, 51–53 Shortland Street, Auckland, and 109–111 Featherston Street, Wellington, or downloaded from the website www.privacy.org.nz

Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Acting Conservator, West Coast Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the declaration as part of the Hukawai Wildlife Management Area over the land described in the Schedule.

Declaring Land to be an Ecological Area and Adding the Land to an Existing Ecological Area
Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that part of Victoria Forest Park described in the Schedule to be ecological area and further adds the ecological area to the Big River Ecological Area, subject to the provisions of the Act.
