Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

Pursuant to Section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)

Notice is given that the companies propose to amalgamate on 1 April 2011, with RED CIRCLE WHOLESALE LIMITED to continue as the amalgamated company.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of either company, or any person to whom either company is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the companies and at Stortford Corner, Pakowhai Road (PO Box 2094), Stortford Lodge, Hastings, during normal business hours.

To all creditors and claimants of TE WAIMATE FARMS LIMITED (a company that ceased trading in 2008):

The sum of $10,600.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of TE WAIMATE FARMS LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to TE WAIMATE FARMS LIMITED, subject to no notice of a claim being received on or prior to 25 March 2011.
