TARIFF (STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS)

AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 1) 2011

PURSUANT to Section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce, the Deputy Secretary, Competition, Trade and Investment Branch of the Ministry of Economic Development gives the following Notice.

NOTICE

Title – This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2011.
Commencement – This Notice comes into force on 1 April 2011.
Statistical keys of certain Tariff items revoked – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys represented by the Tariff items and codes 0307.10.00 02H, 0307.10.00 11G, 0307.10.00 22B, 0307.10.00 28A, 0307.10.00 31A, 0307.10.00 41J, 0307.10.00 48F, 0307.10.00 49D, 0307.10.00 52D, 0307.10.00 61C, 0307.10.00 72J, 0307.10.00 78H, 0307.10.00 81H, 0307.10.00 91E, 0307.10.00 98B and 0307.10.00 99L and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this Notice.
Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items revoked – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys represented by the Tariff items and codes 0307.39.00 09C and 1603.00.01 19G and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice.
