Road Realignment—Webster Road, South Waikato District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road vested in the South Waikato District Council excluding mineral interests reserved by section 206 of the Land Act 1924.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA15C/1084.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA59A/400 subject to Mortgage 7369679.3.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA59A/400 subject to Mortgage 7369679.3.
(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA67C/201 subject to Mortgage 6415240.3.

Road Realignment—State Highway 1 Mangawhai, Rodney District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA76B/143, subject to Mortgage 7235938.2, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
