Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on 14 December 2011 at 3.00pm, when the shareholders passed a resolution to appoint Brendon James Gibson and Grant Robert Graham joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
