The Companies Act 1993

On 16 December 2011, it was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that William Guy Black and Andrew John Grenfell, of McGrathNicol, Chartered Accountants, Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.

The liquidations commenced on 16 December 2011 at 9.00am.

The directors have resolved that the companies will be able to pay their debts.

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of each resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned does hereby fix 18 January 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
