Land Declared Road—Tutaekara Road, Tararua District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Tararua District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a place of cultural and historical significance and a communal meeting place for the common use and benefit of the Okautete community.

The reservation is to be known as the Okautete Māori Reservation.
