Notice of Removal of Trade Name Products From the Register (Notice No. 1774)

Maree Zinzley, Manager (Approvals Operations) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MAF) acting under delegated authority from the Director-General of MAF, gives notice, under section 22(3)(b) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (“the Act”), that the following trade name products are removed from the Register of trade name products under section 24 of the Act:

Under section 22(3)(c) of the Act, any removed product may continue to be sold and used (but not manufactured) until 30 November 2012, but not at any time after that date.

Corrigendum—Notice of Direction for Appointment of a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of Trustees of Hammersley Park School, Christchurch (520)

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 July 2011, No. 105, page 3062, please include the following in the list of functions, powers and duties to be vested in a limited statutory manager:

"all functions, powers and duties of the board to establish processes for planning and reporting (whether statutory or otherwise) including charter review, strategic planning and annual planning."

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Group Manager, Education, Curriculum and Performance, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Elim Christian College, Auckland (1190).

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 7 December 2011.
