Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

The Home Mortgage Company (“the mortgagee”) gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 1 December 2011, it entered into possession of property subject to a security agreement dated the 7th day of November 1989.

The secured property is described as a house previously located at 723B Waikirikiri Road, RD 1, Whakatane.

The address of the mortgagee for communication relating to this is c/o Simpson Grierson, Level 27, 88 Shortland Street (Private Bag 92518), Auckland.
