Amendment to the Notice of Movement Controls for Bovine Tuberculosis

In the notice of movement controls for bovine tuberculosis published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 February 2011, No. 16, page 371, please replace the paragraph under the “Revocation” heading with:

“The declaration issued on the 4th day of February 2010 in regard to movement controls for bovine tuberculosis and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 February 2010, No. 10, page 318, and in Rural News on 16 February 2010, is hereby revoked with effect from 1 March 2011.”

Psychologists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2011

Pursuant to sections 130–133 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.

Notice

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Psychologists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2011.

(2) This notice comes into force on 24 March 2011.

Fee—The Psychologists Board sets the following amended fee, payable to the board, specified in the attached Schedule.
Tax—The fee is inclusive of goods and services tax.
Amendment—The Disciplinary Levy specified in the following Schedule replaces the Disciplinary Levy published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 December 2010, No. 173, page 4286.
