On 14 February 2011 at 10.00am, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ROSS LINDSAY FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED be liquidated and that Bruce Donald Gemmell and Andrew John Hawkes, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators.

The liquidation commenced on 14 February 2011 at 10.00am.
