Road Realignment—Ouruwhero Road, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA734/279.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA257/246.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA1405/73 subject to Mortgage 6043691.2.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1405/72.

(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Sixth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA69A/81 subject to Mortgage 8401099.3.

(g) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Seventh Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA799/65 subject to Mortgage 8401099.3.

(h) Declares the land described in the Eighth Schedule hereto to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA14C/223.

(i) Declares the land described in the Ninth Schedule hereto to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA734/279.

(j) Declares the land described in the Tenth Schedule hereto to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA257/246.

(k) Declares the land described in the Eleventh Schedule hereto to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA69A/81 subject to Mortgage 8401099.3.

(l) Declares the land described in the Twelfth Schedule hereto to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1405/72.
