Amendments to the Rules of Casino Table Games

The Rules of Casino Table Games have been amended pursuant to section 367 of the Gambling Act 2003.

These amendments will take effect on 9 December 2011.

Statement of Indemnity Given Under the Public Finance Act 1989

Pursuant to section 65ZD(3) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance makes the following statement:

"On the 20th day of November 2011, I, The Honourable Simon William English, Minister of Finance, on behalf of the Crown, gave a tax indemnity to Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Trustee Limited as described under Part 3 of the General Matters Schedule of the Deed of Settlement for Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei signed on 5 November 2011 and which is to apply from the date of such signing (namely 5 November 2011)."
