I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named
applicant, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.

Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 28 January 2012.

Applicant: Colleen Anne Hall, of Okarito, Westland.
Description: An estate in fee simple in 506 square metres, more or less, being Section 24, Town of Okarito, comprised in
Deeds Index Volume 2G Folio 250, such land being all the land granted to Christopher Mace and Richard Canavan under
Crown Grant 1342 on 6 December 1869 and subsequently conveyed in 1877 to Frederick William Labmaus and Henry
Julius Hilmar Wolters, who are recorded as being the documentary owners thereof.
