Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

The liquidations of the above-named companies have now been completed. The liquidator’s final reports and accounts, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), have been sent to the Registrar together with requests that the companies be removed from the Register.

Any objections to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by 30 December 2011.
