Notification of the Commerce Commission’s TDL Liability Allocation Determination for the Period Between 1 July 2010 and 30 June 2011
On 30 November 2011, the Commerce Commission ("Commission"), pursuant to section 87(1)(a) of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), completed a Telecommunications Development Levy (TDL) final liability allocation determination of the matters set out in section 88 of the Act for the period between 1 July 2010 and 30 June 2011.
Pursuant to section 87(1)(b) of the Act, the Commission gives public notice of its TDL final determination.

Sports Anti-Doping Act 2006
Notice of Sports Anti-Doping Rules (2012)

The Board of Drug Free Sport New Zealand has made the Sports Anti-Doping Rules (2012) ("2012 Rules") under section 16 of the Sports Anti-Doping Act 2006.
The 2012 Rules amend the Sports Anti-Doping Rules (2011) and incorporate revised World Anti-Doping Agency International Standards. -
The 2012 Rules incorporate by reference the following World Anti-Doping Agency International Standards:
(a) World Anti-Doping Agency The 2012 Prohibited List International Standard;
(b) World Anti-Doping Agency International Standard for Therapeutic Use Exemptions, effective 1 January 2011;
(c) World Anti-Doping Agency International Standard for Testing, effective 1 January 2012;
