Notice of Disclaimer Under Section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955
In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the matter of section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Central Buildings Limited:
Take notice that I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, pursuant to section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, the reversionary interest of Her Majesty The Queen in the fee simple estate of 230 square metres, more or less, being on Reserve DP 7172 and comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA603/141 with the registered proprietor of that interest being Central Buildings Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on or around 8 May 1991.

Statement of Indemnity Given Under the Public Finance Act 1989
Pursuant to section 65ZD(3) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance makes the following statement:
“On the 10th day of November 2011, I, The Honourable Simon William English, Minister of Finance, on behalf of the Crown, gave a tax indemnity to the trustees of the Rongowhakaata Settlement Trust and the trustees of Nga Uri o Te Kooti Rikirangi Settlement Trust as described under Part 3 of the General Matters Schedule of the Deed of Settlement for Rongowhakaata and Nga Uri o Te Kooti Rikirangi signed on 30 September 2011 and which is to apply from the date of such signing (namely 30 September 2011).”

Utilities Access Act 2010
Notice of Approval of National Code of Practice for Utility Operators’ Access to Transport Corridors by the Minister for Infrastructure Given Pursuant to Section 12 of the Utilities Access Act 2010
I give notice that on 10 November 2011, in accordance with section 12 of the Utilities Access Act 2010, I approved the National Code of Practice for Utility Operators’ Access to Transport Corridors (“the Code”) submitted to me by the New Zealand Utilities Advisory Group on 28 October 2011.
The Code takes effect on 1 January 2012.
The Code is available on www.nzuag.org.nz or in hard copy from The Treasury, 1 The Terrace (PO Box 3724), Wellington.

Authorised Access to Certain Names and Addresses Held on the Motor Vehicle Register
Pursuant to section 241 of the Land Transport Act 1998 (“the Act”), I authorise the following person, for the purpose and the term, and on the conditions stated below, to have access to the names and addresses of persons:
- who are currently registered in respect of a motor vehicle(s); and
- who have not instructed the Registrar of Motor Vehicles to withhold their details.
