Notice of transfer of designations pursuant to section 69XJ

The Minister of Communications and Information Technology has issued, pursuant to section 69XJ of the Telecomunications Act 2001, the following two lists comprising the designations (within the meaning of section 166 of the Resource Management Act 1991) for which Telecom is responsible:

List 1: Designations that are to be transferred from Telecom to Chorus; and

List 2: Designations that are to be additionally granted back to Telecom.
