• Port Marlborough New Zealand Limited, at Picton (8894758.3).

Description of Land Applied for:

Firstly 8894758.2:

92 square metres, more or less, shown on LT 371221, being part of the former bed of an unnamed stream adjoining Lot 36 DP 2806, comprised in Computer Freehold Register MB3B/640 in the District of Marlborough; and

Secondly 8894758.3:
