Conservation Act 1987
Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Conservation Area and Issue of a Fresh Notice
Under section 50A of the Conservation Act 1987, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice headed Authorisation of the Exchange of Marginal Strip for Another Strip of Land dated the 19th day of September 2011 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 September 2011, No. 144, page 4140, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Authorisation of the Exchange of Marginal Strip for Another Strip of Land
Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of the marginal strip described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule which is deemed to be reserved as marginal strip pursuant to section 24E(3) of the Act.

Education Act 1989
Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes
Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Kim Shannon, General Manager, Schools Property Infrastructure Group, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

- The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.
- This notice shall come into force on 3 November 2011.

Notice of Final Determinations to Assign or Alter Geographic Names
Pursuant to sections 19 and 21(2) of the New Zealand Geographic Board (Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa) Act 2008, the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa (“Board”) hereby gives notice of the final determinations to assign new or alter existing geographic names.
The new or altered geographic names are now official geographic names and are specified in the first column of the Schedule below.
The geographic feature type that each new or altered geographic name relates to, is set out in the second column of the Schedule.
The description of each new or altered geographic name is set out in the third column of the Schedule.
The Board’s final determinations on these geographic names take effect on 3 November 2011.
