(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):

(i) the land firstly and secondly described in the Second Schedule to this notice shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA28A11343, subject to existing encumbrances, and excluding those minerals contained in Certificate of Title 154/130, pursuant to section 19 of the Public Works Act 1928; and

(ii) the land thirdly described in the Second Schedule to this notice shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA24B/1174, subject to existing encumbrances, and excluding those minerals contained in Certificate of Title 154/130, pursuant to section 19 of the Public Works Act 1928; and

(iii) the land fourthly described in the Second Schedule to this notice shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA39C/592, subject to existing encumbrances, and excluding those minerals contained in Certificate of Title 154/130, pursuant to section 19 of the Public Works Act 1928.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and, pursuant to section 120(3):

(i) the land firstly described in the Third Schedule to this notice shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA28A/1343, subject to existing encumbrances; and

(ii) the land secondly described in the Third Schedule to this notice shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA24B/1174, subject to existing encumbrances on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
