Notice is hereby given that on 1 February 2011, Anthony Charles Harris, insolvency practitioner of Tauranga, was appointed receiver and manager of the above-named company under the powers conferred in a general security agreement dated the 21st day of November 2007.

The receiver and manager was appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after-acquired property including all personal property and all present and after-acquired accounts receivable and proceeds of accounts receivable, including but not limited to money, goods, chattel paper, intangibles, negotiable instruments, documents of title and investment securities.
