Notice of Extension of Provisional Recognition for the Retail Meat Industry Training Organisation Incorporated

Pursuant to section 8 of the Industry Training Act 1992, extension of provisional recognition for the Retail Meat Industry Training Organisation Incorporated has been granted for a period of 15 months, with effect from 1 September 2011 to 30 November 2012, to set standards at Levels 1–8 on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework for the retail meat industries.

Notice of Extension of Coverage for the NZ Motor Industry Training Organisation (Incorporated)

Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, the NZ Motor Industry Training Organisation (Incorporated) has been granted an extension of industry coverage for five years, with effect from the publishing of this notice, to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the following industries:

The commercial road transport industry, the State Sector and New Zealand Defence Force for road transport-related operations, the stevedoring and port industry (including the New Zealand Defence Force) covering port cargo handling, ship loading and unloading, and port marine services; and the road transport logistics industry.

Pursuant to section 8 of the Industry Training Act 1992, provisional recognition for the Electro-technology Industry Training Organisation Incorporated has been granted, with effect from the date of publication of this notice to 1 December 2012, to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework for the real estate industry being:

The appraisal, sale and purchase, letting and leasing, property management of commercial/industrial, residential and rural properties, and businesses; and body corporate services for commercial/industrial, residential and rural properties and businesses.

"Section 2 SO 16854, Part Section 3 SO 19026"

with the words

"Section 2 SO 16584, Part Section 3 SO 19206".

Conservation Act 1987

Reserves Act 1977

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes, Declaration That the Area Become a Reserve, and Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Queenstown Lakes District Council

Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator of the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes and further declares that the conservation area be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, is classified as a recreation reserve and vests the reserve in the Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for that purpose, subject to the provisions of the latter Act.
