Education Act 1989

Alternative Constitution for the Board of Trustees of Whangaruru School (1667)

Pursuant to section 105A of the Education Act 1989 ("the Act"), I approve the following constitution for the Board of Trustees of Whangaruru School:

The principal of the school; and
up to three members appointed by the Minister of Education.

The constitution will operate as if sections 96, 97, 99, 101, 102, 104 and 105 of the Act apply where relevant.

This notice takes effect the day of its publication.

Zayed College for Girls (471) Board of Trustees Election Notice

Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 101(7) of the Education Act 1989, I approve Monday 21 November 2011 as the closing date for voting in the first elections of parent representatives and a staff representative for Zayed College for Girls Board of Trustees.

I also approve Monday 28 November 2011 as the date for the first meeting of the board of trustees.

This notice shall take effect the day after publication.
